Child-friendly and allergy-friendly, only 150 meters to the beach

Located just 150 metres from Wyke’s South Beach, adjacent to the spa gardens, is this cosy and family-friendly holiday home. The property consists of a total of four semi-detached homes. The unit we are offering is the front half of the house. On the ground floor, which spans a total of 65 square metres, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven) and a bright living room with direct access to the terrace, which features a beach chair and garden furniture with a lounger from early April through mid-October. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) (there’s also space for a travel cot), a guest bathroom, and a shower room with a window. A staircase leads to the loft room, which is equipped with two single beds (90x200) and toys for the little guests. For older guests, there are many exciting books, CDs, DVDs, and a landline phone (free calls to German landlines). When furnishing the property, the owners placed great emphasis on high-quality, allergy-friendly furnishings. Child safety is also a top priority. Stair gates, fall protection, a cot, a high chair, and outlet covers are provided.
The 1,400-square-meter property also offers plenty of space for children to play.
There is a sauna in the basement of the house. You can reserve it, and it will then be available exclusively to you. (Please note that restrictions on use may apply due to the pandemic and current state regulations. This does not result in a rent reduction.)
The other part of the basement is used as a laundry room. Here you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee), as well as laundry baskets, a drying rack, and clothes pegs.
The house’s location allows you to enjoy a relaxing holiday while being right next to the North Sea. For your relaxation and the perfect day at the beach, we provide a beach chair with a beach towel at Wyke Beach (Section 22), less than a 2-minute walk away.
