This is one of Salt Lake City's most beloved and historic neighborhoods, with tree lined streets, beautifully preserved homes, walkable parks, independent cafes, and a rare sense of peaceful community. I have lived here for many years and never tire of it. It is the kind of neighborhood where neighbors know each other, where you can walk to a good coffee shop, and where you feel genuinely at home. I wanted my guests to experience exactly that feeling.

The garden level suite is a fully renovated 1,200 sq ft private residence with its own entrance, completely separate from our home above. What makes it truly stand out is the combination of space, comfort, and completeness — three bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen with everything you need, leather sofas, a smart TV, washer and dryer, and a private shaded deck. Everything is thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. Guests often tell me it is the cleanest and best equipped rental they have ever stayed in.
