Very bad experience. I booked and paid for a specific apartment, but when I arrived, they gave me a completely different one. No elevator, no hot water for days, and several other problems. Very disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend this property.

This apartment was perfect for us (3 young women) traveling from the U.S. It was exactly as advertised with a spectacular view. We felt safe and comfortable with hot water, cold AC, plenty of clean towels and linens. There are a lot of restaurants and sites within walking distance. Be prepared with good footwear to walk down hill/ stairs to access the Main StreetsWe did not use the kitchen during our stay however there was a coffee maker, tea kettle and plates/cups for 4 but only a few forks and 1 spoon, which didn’t bother us as we only used the kitchen for coffee. The host was very communicative and provided a ton of suggestions and recommendations. I highly recommend booking this apartment! We would definitely stay again.

The apartment has a nice view and was clean, but unfortunately, that is where the positives end.First, the listing photos were misleading. The photos showing the view were taken from a floor above the apartment we were given, and the actual view is significantly obstructed by the roof of a nearby school. When I raised this issue with the host, I received no response whatsoever.The apartment was also surprisingly stripped of basic necessities. Beyond toilet paper and a few small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, there was practically nothing provided. No paper towels or other basic household essentials. Several items shown in the listing photos were also missing, including the dining table and bedside lamps.The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. One bed had springs that could be felt sticking through the mattress, while the other had a significant dip in the middle. Neither was suitable for a comfortable night’s sleep.There were also multiple maintenance issues. The bathroom had visible mold, and the toilet seat was broken and slid around whenever someone tried to sit on it. The shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably between hot and cold. The kitchen sink was broken and sprayed water everywhere, making it practically unusable.Connectivity was another major issue. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and did not work properly in the bedrooms, while mobile phone reception was also very poor. This made it difficult to use our phones whenever we were in the bedrooms.
