With lake and mountain views, just 10 minutes from Évian-les-Bains and 20 minutes from the ski slopes, this family chalet welcomes your group in a chic, cozy Haute-Savoie style.
Upstairs, in keeping with the home’s heritage, the cousins’ dormitory has been redesigned with four intimate bunk beds and a relaxation/games area.
On the ground floor: living area, bedroom, shower room, and a covered terrace.
The chalet also features a flat, fenced garden. Close to a park and an arboretum. Shops and restaurants are just 250 meters away.
