Fantastically beautiful flat directly on the sea with large balcony

The stunningly beautiful and newly renovated Apartment Sol, with sea views, is situated right on the seafront promenade in Armação de Pêra. This apartment is on the 7th floor and offers a magnificent panoramic sea view from your balcony, living room and kitchen. The building has 2 lifts. The beach is less than 50 metres away.

From your large balcony, you can enjoy the Algarve’s spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The balcony is equipped with sun loungers and a seating area with a table.
Like all our flats, it features high-speed fibre-optic internet, satellite TV (including all German channels) and MEO TV (100 Portuguese channels, with some series and films available in the original English). The rooms are air-conditioned.
For bookings of one week or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is included in the price (except for monthly rates).

From 2027, a parking space in the garage will be available on request. The parking space will not be available during the period from 17 July 2027 to 11 September 2027.

The flat comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 open-plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony and a small balcony.

This property is absolutely beautiful as shown and described in Vrbo/expedia. We conveniently located to many cafes along the boardwalk. I would definitely recommend this property. Our host Elizabeth was very helpful and friendly.

Fabulous beach apartment

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. The views are incredible from the large balcony and the apartment is being beautiful, The only thing to be aware of is during our stay there was organised entertainment on the pedestrian area directly in front of the apartment block which could be loud. I am not sure if this was just going on while we were there or is something that happens all summer.
