The 50 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include a TV and access to a shared gym for your enjoyment.



The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with a covered terrace offering spectacular mountain views. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space with a garden.



Outside, you’ll find a children’s play area with a guided sensory trail and a fitness path for adults. There is an on-site refreshment point and a shop selling local and handmade products. The owners recommend exploring the Matilde di Canossa trail.
