Bait and switch
Booked several months in advance. The manager booked someone in that apartment the same day we flew in from Athens on a late flight then tried to pawn an inferior room off on us. We refused and slept in a dive hotel down the road for one awful night then booked at the Olavar suites down the road, which is substantially more expensive….but was great!
Did not stay in the room that we booked so I can’t comment on that, however, I can say that bookiply and the property management are scamming people who travel across the world into taking rooms they did not book.
Will be contesting the charges on this booking.

We are saddened that your stay did not live up to your expectations, and would like to put forward our comments.
We would like to mention that the property is around 22 metres from the sea wave. The photos of the property are real and unedited. Unfortunately, prior to viewing the room you booked, you were not satisfied, so both the receptionist and the manager suggested changing the room, which you accepted. However, you left without notification.
We would like to emphasize that all the rooms in the complex have a sea view and are the same. The only thing that changes is the floor.
Each guest is special to the host, and the staff always strives for the best and wants their customers to be happy.
We hope to welcome you to a Holidu property again.
