The newly renovated one-room apartment L1 (approx. 30 square meters) is located on the first floor (south side) with a terrace and offers a cozy
and bright space for a relaxing vacation.
Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the apartment enjoys plenty of natural light and a pleasant atmosphere with a view of the garden.
It features a combined living room and bedroom with a comfortable bed, a small kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a shower.
The house is located in the heart of Büsum; the bakery, pedestrian zone, and medical center are just a few steps away.

Wir kennen das "Haus Laura" schon sehr lange (noch unter Kohls) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Leider war das Wetter in dieser Zeit für uns über 85 jährige zu heiß und wir haben die Zeit leider nur in der Wohnung verbringen können. Trotzdem ist das Haus Laura sehr zu empfehlen. Fußläufig nur zwei bis drei Minuten von der Einkaufsstraße entfernt. Zum Strand wenige Minuten länger und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn es das Alter zulässt.

Ich war in Haus Laura rundum zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist ideal. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vor und neuerdings hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Mit einem großen SuV sollte man mit Rücksicht auf die Nachbarschaft allerdings nicht anreisen. Das geht allenfalls in der Nebensaison, quer vor dem Haus.
