Spacious 4-room holiday apartment for up to 8 people in the attic

- in a quiet location near the beach (approx. 100 m to the beach or the pier)

- approx. 115 m² holiday apartment in a Scandinavian-style apartment building

- a staircase in the entryway leads to the spacious apartment

- Living area with a wood-burning stove, heated floors, sitting and dining areas, LCD TV,
stereo system, CD and DVD players

- In a separate corner of the living area, a built-in kitchen including a dishwasher, stove with
oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment

- 3 separate bedrooms (1 with a double bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, 2 with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm x 200 cm)

- Additional sleeping space for 2 people is available on the sleeper sofa in the living room

- Bathroom with whirlpool tub, toilet, and shower

- A sauna is available for use

- An additional separate toilet with sink and washing machine

- A sauna is available for use in the apartment

- 1 parking space available directly at the building
