The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all trash with you when you leave. If trash is not properly removed from the property there will be a fee of $150.
Gather all used sheets and towels and place them in laundry room. Leave comforters on beds. Start one load of sheets in the washer before leaving the property.
Please start dishwasher with all dirty dishes before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
