This is the private first-level unit of a two-level home. Long-term tenants live upstairs, but guests have **no shared indoor spaces**.

Noise Policy: To maintain the peace of this residential neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours on the deck and in common areas, especially after 9:00 PM.

Layout: Please note that the home features one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination located in the central hallway.

Deck Safety: The deck is high-elevation. Children must be supervised at all times. A signed liability waiver is required before check-in.
