The holiday rental features an exclusive living and dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette (oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, etc.).<br><br>The living room opens onto a covered south-facing balcony equipped with patio furniture and a parasol.<br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large closet, a sideboard, and an armchair.<br><br>Additional amenities include an ironing board, iron, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, etc.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower enclosure.<br><br>Paper towels and toilet paper are provided as basic supplies.<br><br>All rooms are accessible via the small hallway of the holiday rental.<br><br>If you book a linens package (€17.50 per person), the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival.<br><br>Our linens package includes the following per person:<br>1 duvet cover<br>1 pillowcase<br>1 fitted sheet<br>2 hand towels<br>1 bath towel<br><br>Please let us know if you would like to book the linens package.<br><br>Please bring your own tea towels!<br><br>In the basement of the central entrance, there is a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer. You can obtain tokens for the coin-operated machines from the building superintendent (Mahnke / left entrance) at the residence.<br><br>The holiday rental is located on the edge of Mecklenburg Switzerland, adjacent to the Mecklenburg Lake District, in the middle of a wooded area directly on the unspoiled shore of the “Flacher Ziest,” which is connected to the “Tiefer Ziest” by a branch canal.<br><br>The total water surface area is approximately 77 hectares.<br><br>A boat dock, available exclusively to holiday guests, is located about a 64-meter walk from the property.<br><br>From the dock, you can access the lake for swimming via a stepladder.<br><br>Rowing boats may be available for rent on-site.<br><br>Anglers can purchase the required fishing licence at the Krakow am See Tourist Information Office, Markt 21 (038457/22258).<br><br>The holiday rental is located just outside the Barlach town of Güstrow (17 km).<br><br>Surrounded by a variety of attractions, the forest and lake landscape—with castles, water mills, biking and hiking trails, picturesque villages, and unspoiled countryside—offers a highly relaxing experience in every season.<br><br>Güstrow is home to the “Oase” leisure and recreation pool and the very popular Güstrow Nature and Environmental Park.<br><br>The seaside resort of Warnemünde and the Hanseatic city of Rostock are about a 30-minute drive away.<br><br>This holiday rental is an ideal starting point for day trips to Schwerin (76 km), the Hanseatic city of Wismar (83 km), Ahlbeck and Swinemünde (148 km), Waren an der Müritz (48 km), the Ivenacker Oaks with their treetop trail (47 km), etc.<br><br>In nearby Lalendorf (4 km), you’ll find shopping options (Netto, bakery, off-licence, butcher shop with lunch service, pharmacy, etc.).<br><br>About 2 km away, there is a restaurant and an ice cream parlour.<br><br>Directions<br>You can reach the holiday rental from the south or the north via the BAB 19. At the Güstrow exit, take the B 104 towards Teterow. In Vietgest, turn right onto the street “Zur Hütte” before Vietgest Castle. After about 2 km through the forest, you’ll reach the residence on your left.
