Small but charming—panoramic ocean view—Magnifique!
Our little cottage is located in “Les Issambres,” not far from the town limits of Sainte-Maxime. The
ocean is 2.5 km away (5 minutes by car). The best part is the unmistakable view of
the ocean and the umbrella pines—the Côte d’Azur!
“Le petit village” was built as a small complex in the local style, surrounded by Mediterranean
vegetation. The grounds are meticulously maintained throughout every season. The maisonette features two bedrooms:
one upstairs with a double bed and a terrace, and a small room with a bunk bed on the ground floor. The kitchen and living room form a single open space,
also featuring a terrace. The bathroom is bright and offers a view of the hills of the Massif des Maures. The large
terracotta tiles give the house a lovely, warm atmosphere.
The house is ideal for a couple with two children, a group of four friends, working remotely by the sea, or just the two of you… “en amoureux.” For true relaxation, you can also stay longer on
the property without leaving, as it has plenty to offer.
A pool, tennis court, bocce court, and volleyball court are at your disposal. There’s also a playground for the little ones and
a ping-pong table. Take a look at our photos—they say more than
words. Or you can explore the lovely
surroundings!
All shopping options are located 3.5 km away in the “San Peire” district. Monday is market day
. There you’ll also find the nearest beach, a cool café for an aperitif, and the small harbour
from which boats depart for Saint-Tropez (starting in early May; otherwise, departures are from Sainte-Maxime)—the highlight of “Les
Issambres”!
Sainte-Maxime is the nearest charming little town with a small harbour and lovely terraces. We
can recommend some great restaurants there! On the way there, you’ll find “La Nartelle,” a
long, wide beach—which you can also reach on foot via the coastal path.
For hikers or strollers, the “Massif des Maures” nature reserve begins right
behind the property. Beautiful trails wind through the Mediterranean forests and rocky terrain—
mostly with views of the sea.
We hope you’ll love our holiday cottage as much as we do. By the way, Coralie
takes great care of check-in and check-out.
We’re a German-French family from near Munich, and this is the little piece of France we’d been missing!
See you soon,
Emma and Marc Dully
