A bedroom with an en suite bathroom is accessible separately. Both sections of the building have access to the rooftop terrace, the garden, and the pool. The property is rented out only as a single unit. It features central heating and air conditioning. An additional pellet stove in the living room ensures a cosy atmosphere in winter.
