This 40-square-meter holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Residenz building. It can accommodate up to 4 people for an unforgettable holiday in St. Peter Ording.

A small balcony facing the quiet garden side, with a view of a beautifully landscaped garden, features a small table and two chairs, creating a space to unwind and relax.
The living room invites you to linger with its elegant leather couch and récamière.
The cosy couch doubles as a high-quality sleeper sofa with a slatted frame and a comfortable sleeping surface measuring 160x200 cm.

On the opposite side of the room stands a modern wall unit featuring a high-quality double bed built into the cabinet.
When unfolded, it features a thick, full-length spring mattress measuring 180x200 cm.
With an entry height of 70 cm, it offers sleeping comfort similar to that of a box spring bed.
Adjacent to the kitchen are the dining table and a cosy upholstered corner bench.

Integrated into the modern living area is the semi-open, very well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and range hood, as well as an oven with microwave and grill functions and an espresso machine.
A dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment are, of course, included.

The shower room is also very well suited for people with limited mobility due to its low shower threshold of just 25 mm.
The amenities also include a modern heated towel rack, a mirror cabinet with LED lighting, a vanity with drawers, and a toilet.
The apartment comes with a free, locked parking space in the public car park at the town entrance, just a few minutes’ walk from the holiday rental. Clearance height: 1.95 m

The apartment is non-smoking; pets are not allowed; insect screens are installed on all windows. Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are included. There is a bicycle shelter in the courtyard and a coin-operated washing machine in the basement.
