First of all… Our host was checking in since day one. Amazing service! Our stay (family of 11) was great. I had 3 lil ones and I don’t have to worry if there were making too much noise for the neighbors. Good size yard for them to run around in. We slept comfortable. Very easy checking and out. Not on a busy street also easy to get to stores (5 min drive).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This house worked well for the 8 of us. Has all the basic things you need to prepare meals, make coffee etc... Beds were great if you like more firm mattresses. Not my favorite but I did sleep well. :-) Location worked out well. Like 8 minutes from downtown, traffic wasn't bad driving into and out of the driveway. Home was well decorated and clean. AND no bugs ... :-) The only reason for giving less than 5 stars for the value is we had the unfortunate timing to be there during a USC game and parents weekend. Prices were 3 times higher than normal. Had it been its normal rate, I would have given it 5 stars. It allowed us to stay as a family for our son's wedding.
