We enjoyed many things about this property: 1) the central air conditioning that keeps the unit cool all day long. It also means no machine noise in the bedroom while we sleep. 2) Every room in the unit is spacious and the washer and dryer are full size and new. The living room can use a bit more furniture for family travellers, such as a dinner table and extra chairs. 3) The entire unit feels new, fresh, and the foam bed is very comfortable. 4) The unit faces the backside of the street and got a great sunset view from the livining room. It's quiet in the evening. 5) The new gas stove was a pleasant find and made our cooking more fun. 6) The management team is responsive. When we noticed a few missing items for the kitchen, the team quickly sent them the same day. 7) The parking spot! It's 4 blocks away but still better than street parking. All in all, we've enjoyed our stay in this place very much, especially after a long and exhausting day. The unit has such a calming effect with its cool temperature. For people not familiar with Jersey City, the location of this property is not the best. But if you know the general area and how to get around, it's a great place to be your home base.
