Holiday Apartment "Apartment 2" with Garden & Wi-Fi

The bright Apartment No. 2 in the seminar house offers around 112 m² of space for up to 11 people – ideal for families, groups of friends, or seminar groups. You will find individual retreats combined with communal living in a quiet, natural setting.



The accommodation features five bedrooms with a total of eleven beds, including a cozy attic. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer ample storage space, some with their own washbasins.



A small kitchen with a hob, refrigerator, dishes, and seating is available for self-catering. Breakfast can be booked on request, or you can use the professional catering kitchen in the house; both are available upon request and for an additional fee.



A bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and additional washing facilities in the rooms provide comfort for group stays. Towels are included.



The apartment includes a balcony with seating. In the garden, a fire bowl with more seating invites you to relax. You have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including all bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and attic.



The seminar house is located in the idyllic village of Oberrimbach in the Steigerwald Nature Park. Trails for hiking, cycling, or riding lead directly from the house into the surrounding nature. The cities of Würzburg, Nuremberg, and Bamberg can be reached via the A3 in less than an hour.



Seminars and workshops are regularly held in the house. You may participate upon request or plan your own events. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. There is also a small horse stable on the premises – you may bring your own horse by arrangement.
