the room was dirty, carpet was nasty, water damage and mold on wall.

Overall cleanliness was not what we had expected, the elevators smelled of urine, the ceiling of our room had a horrible hack patching job, a football team was also there and while they were no issue as guests the breakfast was depleted all morning and had huge lines so we had to go elsewhere to eat. Staff did not plan ahead for that volume of people.

Guys running the place had terrible customer service and it took over 10 mins to find my reservation and get my key. And then they denied my request for an hour late checkout and never apologized for the delay at check in. Room repairs were badly done. Paid 170 for one night and it wasn’t worth more than 100.
