THE SPACE-
•Studio condo with queen size bed. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, k-cup Keurig, toaster, pots, pans, plates, and utensils provided. Bathroom with walk in shower.
•Front porch with 2 rockers and back deck over inlet which has a great view. Barbecue grill is available to use.
•This space is most comfortable for 2 people.
No Children!!!!
•Only steps away from the beach!

THINGS TO DO-
•Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, York and Perkins Cove are just a few miles down the road to spend the day shopping and dining.
•Deep sea fishing, kayaking and nature trails are near by.
•Plenty of dining on Rt.1

THINGS TO NOTE-
•You are responsible for your own towels, pillow cases, and sheets.
•One parking space available for you. #2
•NO pets
•NO smoking anywhere on property or in the unit.

•The unit is available from Sundays -Thursdays at $200.00 per night.
•There are some full weeks available at $1,200.00 per week. Ask for availability.
•Check in is 2:00 pm and check out is at 10 am.
•Payment accepted by Venmo to receive unit combo key lock

Hello my name is Joe and I'm from Boston Massachusetts. We decided since he's not always there that he is going to rent it out to other families so they can also enjoy this great spot.

Why they chose this property

My father purchased this condo a few years back in our favorite vacation spot and it is beautiful.

What makes this property unique

It is very cozy and only steps away from the beach. You rarely have to leave in your car because just about everything is in walking distance. There is a cafe across the street, there is an arcade next door there was a park also across the street. There is a health food stand next door as well. Also there is a lot action in the front of the building if you enjoy people watching.
