Ich kann den Fragebogen nicht beantworten, da ich etwa eine Woche vor meiner Abreise nach Spanien seltsam fand, dass Ihr Unternehmen mir nicht die Adresse und alle Reservierungskoordinaten geschickt hatte.Also kontaktierte ich Ihre Dienste per E-Mail und erfuhr erst dann, dass meine Reservierung storniert worden sei, sie mir aber eine andere Wohnung zur Verfügung stellen könnten. Da ich aber sehr verärgert war, habe ICH ihren Angebot nicht angenommen und habe eine andere Wohnung bei eine andere Firma gebucht.
