Exclusive luxury vacation home right on the water with 5 stars in East Frisian Amb

At the Fleetenkiekerhus, the utmost importance was placed on creating an exclusive atmosphere and providing excellent amenities in every respect.

With its rustic clinker brick walls, exposed reclaimed wood, and many small design highlights, the house offers a very special East Frisian-style ambiance across approximately 80 m² of living space. It has been awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).

Enjoy a cosy barbecue evening on the spacious terrace while taking in the view of the water and the tranquility of the private garden! Here, you’ll not only have a breathtaking view of the idyllic natural surroundings with mature trees, but also the opportunity to dock a paddleboat or canoe directly at the boat dock. You’re also welcome to cast your fishing line from the dock. To relax, there’s also a communal sauna barrel available in the garden.

The living area, which spans two floors and features underfloor heating, is open and spacious, with a large, comfortable leather couch and a 65-inch 4K smart TV with Ambilight and apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and many more. For entertainment, there’s not only a Blu-ray player with many recent Blu-ray titles and children’s films, but also a Nintendo Wii U game console. A high-quality smart speaker from Bose is also available. On cooler days, the soothing crackle of the flames in the fireplace adds a touch of cosiness. The rustic dining table and the spacious, partially open kitchen invite you to dine and relax. The three bedrooms, featuring king-size and queen-size beds, offer pure relaxation thanks to their well-thought-out interior design and are all equipped with top-rated mattresses and smart TVs.

Adjacent to the house is a large, fully glass-enclosed sunroom with a view of the water and the mature trees. Even if the weather isn’t at its best, you can still enjoy the East Frisian countryside from the comfortable lounge furniture here.
The garden features a lockable bike shed with free e-bike charging. High-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s) is available free of charge throughout the house and in the garden.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the holiday rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
