Our three holiday apartments in the Blue House are located on the sunny side of Pleisweiler-Oberhofen, along the Southern Wine Route.

The apartments are furnished with great attention to detail.
All kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, automatic coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and everything else you might need.

On the ground floor of the house at
is the 3-star “Lilie” holiday apartment for 2–4 people.
A light-filled kitchen with a large skylight.
The sitting area with a pull-out sofa. A dining area for 4 people. At the end of the day, relax in an illuminated four-poster bed with an electrically adjustable slatted frame and remote control, on a 24 cm-thick luxury mattress. A large flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A safe in the closet.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, towels, soap, a hair dryer, and a magnifying mirror. A balcony with a view of the forest and vineyards.

1st floor: The 3-star holiday apartment “Hortensie” for 2–4 people
A separate kitchen, dining area for 4 people, sitting area, a large flat-screen TV, a safe in the closet, and a balcony with morning sun and a view of the garden. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, towels, soap, a hair dryer, and a magnifying mirror. A luxurious box-spring bed featuring 2 sets of 1,000 pocket springs on each side, a topper with silver threads, and motorised adjustment via remote control. A luxurious height of 65 cm lets you sink into a dreamlike deep sleep.

1st floor: Jasmin Room
You can book the Jasmin Room in addition to the Lilie or Hortensie holiday rental. It’s suitable for children or as an additional bedroom.

The Jasmine Room features a double bed, a sink, a TV with satellite channels, and a seating area. The balcony offers a view of the vineyards and forest.

The main entrance to the house is through the sunroom.
Here, you can gather for breakfast or in the evening. Read newspapers or magazines, study maps, and plan your excursions.
We, Andrea and Harald Lehmann, your hosts, also live on this floor.
The hair salon is also located here.
Whether it’s a haircut, colour, or hair and skin care treatments using high-quality products from Wella—let us advise and pamper you.

In the basement
The 4-star Rose holiday apartment.
It’s on the ground floor and has a separate entrance.
You can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun right outside your apartment. Or sit in the attached sunroom with an open kitchen. Direct access to the garden and pool house invites you to relax. The Swiss stone pine bed with an illuminated canopy and an electrically adjustable slatted frame ensures a wonderful, restful night’s sleep. A large flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a safe in the closet are at your disposal. The attached sunroom serves as a dining room with an adjoining open kitchen. For cosy evenings, enjoy the electric fireplace.

This floor also houses the fitness area with various equipment and the solarium.
Take a mental break from your daily routine and relax with a massage or a Jin Shin Jyutsu treatment.
The garden offers plenty of places to sit and lounge—whether in the lounge chairs, while barbecuing, dining under the pergola, playing games in the pavilion, swimming in the pool house, or watching the fish or the insect hotel by the pond. Here you’ll find peace and relaxation.
The pool is heated during the season.
If you bring your bicycles, they can be stored in the carport, where there is also a charging station.
Maps of bike tours and hiking trails are available.
In the evening, you’ll have a wide selection of Palatinate delicacies and wines to enjoy.
There are many local winemakers here in town with their own wine taverns and restaurants.
Treat yourself to delicious wines and Palatinate cuisine.
All are within easy walking distance.
