The vacation apartment in Langenargen, on the shores of Lake Constance

The holiday rental is located in the Schwedi area, about 2.5 km from the town centre, 100 m from Lake Constance, and right next to the Eriskircher Ried Nature Reserve in a small, very quiet residential area.
It is fully equipped with high-quality furnishings, spans two floors, has a total area of approximately 120 square metres, and is ideal for 2–4 people.
In 2021, we carried out extensive renovations.

The large living room is furnished in a modern style.
A flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a stereo system with a DVD player are at your disposal.
From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony.

The large kitchen-dining area is modernly equipped:
Stove with ceramic cooktop and range hood
Oven
Fully automatic coffee machine
Electric kettle
Toaster
Large fridge-freezer combination
Dishwasher
Ample dishes, silverware, high-quality pots, pans, etc.
Digital radio

The dining area with a large corner bench is also located in the kitchen and offers plenty of space.
Upon request, we’d be happy to provide a high chair.

There is also a guest bathroom on this floor.

A narrow staircase leads you to the second floor, where you’ll find yourself directly in the open, bright master bedroom.
It features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with a mattress.
Directly behind it is a large walk-in closet.

The single bedroom, which is accessible only through the master bedroom, is furnished with a 140 x 200 bed and a small desk with a chair.
A cot can be set up.

Now let’s move on to our oasis of well-being.
The bright and modern bathroom, approximately 18 square metres in size, features a double sink, a toilet, and a very large walk-in shower—it truly invites you to linger.
The freestanding bathtub with a view of the sky does its part to make this experience even more enjoyable.
We provide hand towels, bath towels, as well as table linens and bed linens.
