Konradehof - Holiday apartment "Vogesenblick"

This cosy, well-maintained holiday rental (approx. 50 square metres) invites you to linger. <br>On the spacious, covered balcony, you can relax and soak up plenty of nature and “greenery.” <br>Enjoy the sweeping view of our large garden, meadows, forests, mountains, and all the way to the Vosges Mountains.<br>Our large trampoline, swing, and sandpit are available for the children to use freely.<br>The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa in the living area (140 cm wide). A travel cot and high chair are available in the house.<br><br>The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs; in the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa or in an armchair. <br>Of course, a TV is provided.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.<br>Wi-Fi is available.<br>Bed linens and towels are included in the price. <br>We run a hobby farm with a small herd of animals at present (chickens, runner ducks, and a dog).<br>Sustainability is important to us, which is why we’ll be heating with geothermal energy starting next winter (2022/2023). <br>When the sun is out, we let the sun’s energy heat our water.<br><br>Our house is very centrally located with good train connections, yet surrounded by plenty of green space. This means you can easily travel here without a car or simply leave your car at home during your holiday.<br><br>Dogs are allowed only upon request. Dogs are not permitted on the bed or on upholstered furniture.<br><br>The price of the apartment is based on 2 people.<br>A surcharge applies for additional guests; the price is tiered based on age.<br><br>Guests over 16 are subject to a visitor’s tax of 1.90 per person.<br>Please feel free to contact us for a price quote.
