Beach- and village near holiday home with private pool

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 20 € / person / set (obligatory)
- dog keeping 20 €
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded at departure)

The rent includes 75 kwh / week for electricity and 15 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed per consumption.

The Space:
Centrally located holiday home with private pool. A very nice house at the end of a dead end.

There is a large roofed balcony with a nice view and a beautiful barbecue terrace.
The pool is located in the lower part of the property and has a spacious sun terrace.
Internet is available for the tenants. Parking place in the property.

The house has a living-dining room with air conditioning and a wood-fireplace for the winter month, kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms.

The heating for the winter-month is about a fireplace with wood and the air-condition (warm/cold).

Guest Access:
somebody will meet the guest.

Getting Around:
The house is in a very central location in Moraira-Baladrar. Restaurants, supermarket and beach are within walking distance. Sandy beach about 1,7 km and a pebble beach about 1 km.

The rent includes 30 € / week for electricity and 15 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra = 0,30 €/kwh and 3,50 €/cbm - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed per consumption.

Families with children are preferred or couples of minimum 25 years old. Groups of singles are not accepted.
Small dog till 10 kg and 1 year old as minimum on request.
