The Space: Centrally located holiday home with private pool. A very nice house at the end of a dead end.
There is a large roofed balcony with a nice view and a beautiful barbecue terrace. The pool is located in the lower part of the property and has a spacious sun terrace. Internet is available for the tenants. Parking place in the property.
The house has a living-dining room with air conditioning and a wood-fireplace for the winter month, kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms.
The heating for the winter-month is about a fireplace with wood and the air-condition (warm/cold).
Guest Access: somebody will meet the guest.
Getting Around: The house is in a very central location in Moraira-Baladrar. Restaurants, supermarket and beach are within walking distance. Sandy beach about 1,7 km and a pebble beach about 1 km.

Casa near beach and sea at Morari, Alicante/Valencia coast
The Casa is mostly about the outdoor space, which is lovely and the pool was perfect. Inside is fairly small ( bedrooms/ bathroom/ kitchen ) but adequate for our needs.

Attention, hypermarché juste à cote de la maison et très forte odeur de poubelle, bruit de pneu de voiture et livraison journalière. évidemment, vu que le bien se trouve à coté de poubelles, nous avons dû cohabiter avec des cafards!!! Les extérieurs ressemblaient à une déchèterie. risque d'électrocution car luminaire extérieur cassé. Piscine sale et acide.Materiels divers abimés ou cassés. communication avec le concierge impossible!!! A déconseiller fortement!!!!

Il y a effectivement un supermarché à proximité, mais il n’y a pas de conteneurs à ordures à côté de la propriété, contrairement à ce que vous indiquez.
Les cafards peuvent malheureusement être présents dans les régions méditerranéennes, et cette année une infestation a touché toute la côte, pas uniquement notre maison.
L’abri de jardin sur la propriété est réservé au rangement et n’est pas destiné aux locataires.
La piscine est bien entretenue. Il est normal que quelques feuilles puissent y tomber à l’extérieur. L’entretien professionnel est effectué une fois par semaine ; entre-temps, il appartient aux locataires de retirer les feuilles tombées.
Un luminaire défectueux ou d’autres petits problèmes auraient été immédiatement réparés si nous en avions été informés pendant votre séjour.
La communication sur place se fait en espagnol. Ne parlant pas français, nous avons utilisé un programme de traduction, et nous vous remercions de votre compréhension.

Aankomst viel tegen wegens communicatie fout werden we pas 2 dagen later verwacht, zodoende was woning niet geheel gereed en zwembad groen en buitenom niet schoon.Dit is wel hersteld op korte termijn, we denken zelf dat woning niet vaak in verhuur is , riool was verstopt na paar dagen kwam ontlasting in douchebak naar boven en in masterbedroom vaker vieze geur,waardoor slapen geen pretje was.Ook helaas veel last van muggen ondanks horren, leek of ze s,avonds uit de muren kwamen.Ligging is fijn met veel privacy om woning.We waren er voor 2 maanden dan valt het wel zwaar om die tijd s,avonds op tuinset te moeten zitten in woonkamer, koelkasten waren ook klein en deden niet hun werk om producten in te vriezen, dus er zijn nog wel verberingen nodig in de woning.Ls gijn met veel ruimte rondommasterbedr
