Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lock door after you, it will close itself, then close sunroom door or close main door from front
Close outside door before driving off
Clean after yourself to avoid last minute clean ups
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are prohibited from hosting any disruptive or unauthorized events and must confirm their trip purpose. No event on yard allowed.
No smoking in or around the house. Loud music/noise is prohibited Treat space as it’s a family friendly space. Violators will be charge.

Clean and well stocked kitchen. Family friendly. More towels would be nice. No washer/dryer. Downstairs is not friendly to those over 5'10". Great location on the waterfront with dock.
