Introducing The Cottage on Casco Bay, North & Nautical’s newest luxury vacation rental in Yarmouth. Explore this fully renovated and unique coastal cottage, perfectly suited for up to five guests, with plentiful outdoor deck space overlooking Maine’s most precious gift—its shoreline.
There is water access via stairs, which lead to a small seaweed-and-rocky area at low tide, and directly into the water at high tide. We’ve also provided a paddleboard and kayak for added fun.
There are two spacious decks on this property that *do not yet* depict furnishings in the photos. The first floor deck will have a bbq grill and dining table with additional seating, and the upstairs deck off the bedroom facing the ocean will have lounge seating, sun loungers, and more. The deck space adds serious square footage to enjoy an amazing coastal stay here in Maine! Please note there is a Boathouse that can be booked in tandem with this property; the boathouse sleeps 5 and is true oceanfront living!
