Die Location ist wirklich gut. Allerdings finden sich andere Wohnungen mut höherem Standard zu einem besseren Preis. Das Preis-Leistugs-Verhältnis ist ok - nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Ein eigener Zugang und viel Ruheim Haus kamen uns sehr entgegen. Wer also das nötige Kleingeld hat und nachts das Rausghen des Meeres vernehmen möchte, ist in dieser Wohnujg sehr gut aufgehoben. Denn auch an warmen Tagen beiten die vier großen Dachfenster eine mehr als ausreich3nde Möglichkeit, die Wohnung in den Abendstunden herunterzukühlen.Beim Check-In wurde uns ein Anruf versprochen, der signalisieren sollte, wann die Wohnung bezugsfertig sei. Dieser blieb leider aus. So machten wir uns uns gegen 17.00 Uhr auf zur Vermietung. Der Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke für die schöne Woche auf Borkum.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung aufgrund der ruhigen Lage und der Nähe zum Südstrand sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch an den sehr warmen Tagen konnte man es unter dem Dach gut aushalten, weil durch die vielen und großen Fenster viel Frischluft für schnelle Abkühlung sorgte.
