Modern Villa Sanija is located in Ližnjan, just 1 km from the beach and the Adriatic Sea. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a balcony and one bathroom. From one of the balconies, there is a stunning sea view, perfect for enjoying the sunset.The courtyard features a pool, barbecue, outdoor dining area, and four sun loungers. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, barbecue, and all necessary cooking utensils. Next to the outdoor kitchen, there is also a room with a toilet.The villa’s location is excellent – the beach and cafes are only 1 km away, a restaurant 350 m, and shops 650 m. Guests can also enjoy numerous activities in the area. Nature lovers can explore picturesque cycling and walking trails. For those interested in culture and history, Ližnjan and nearby towns such as Pula and Rovinj offer archaeological sites, old churches, museums, and galleries. Food enthusiasts can try local restaurants and taverns with traditional Istrian cuisine, participate in wine and olive oil tastings, or visit local markets and shops.
