The Kitchen: A fully equipped, sleek white kitchen with modern appliances (including a dishwasher and microwave) makes home-cooked meals a breeze. Fully stocked with Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, utensils, pots & pans, coffee & tea, sugar and salt.



Air Conditioning: Stay cool with the portable AC unit located in the main living area.



Bedrooms & Bath

Both bedrooms feature premium linens and a minimalist vibe to ensure a restful night's sleep.



Bedroom 1: Highlights a bold navy blue velvet headboard and pops of nautical style with a very comfortable mattress.



Bedroom 2: Features a crisp white upholstered bed frame and modern art with a very comfortable mattress.



Bathroom: A sparkling clean, full bathroom with a deep soaking tub, modern vanity, and plenty of fresh towels on a dedicated storage rack.

Parking: Guests have one dedicated, reserved parking spot clearly marked for the basement suite. Additional street parking available for free.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire 2-bedroom basement suite via a secure entrance from behind the property.

Stairs on property leading to the basement.

Portable AC in living area.

Second bedroom has no window.

You may hear some sounds from the house upstairs. - Quiet hours in place.

Backyard is shared. Basement is accessed through the back yard.
