Pros: Ottimo il doppio giardino, fronte e retro, molta privacy essendo strada non di passaggio, possibilità di colazioni e cene sempre all ombra cambiando giardino. Ottima soluzione per tenere all aperto i cani nel giardino ombreggiato sul retro. Buona organizzazione della cucina per chi ama cucinare a casa, possibilità di comodo barbecue in giardino. Posizione comoda per visitare il Salento con macchina parcheggiata in giardino.
