Our holiday flat, Auf der Sonnenseite, offers good and cosy facilities on 53 sqm for 2-4 persons, with a beautiful natural terrace with valley view, south-west location, comfortable garden furniture and a well-kept natural garden.

Our holiday flat is located in Klingenthal in the district of Zwota, Oberzwota. Klingenthal is part of the beautifully scenic music and winter sports region with the upper Vogtland.
The quiet district of Oberzwota is an ideal destination for nature lovers seeking relaxation, hikers, bikers, joggers and winter sports enthusiasts.
As Oberzwota is located on the western outskirts of Klingenthal, it is approx. 7 km to the centre or to the neighbouring towns of Markneukirchen or Schöneck.
Many sights are within easy reach of the holiday flat and allow you to enjoy an eventful holiday, whether by car, on foot along well-signposted hiking trails, by bike or by public transport.
