If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway by the beautiful North Sea, you’ve come to the right place!
Over the past few years, we’ve put a lot of effort into creating a completely renovated holiday home in beautiful Ruhwarden in Butjadingen.
Our goal was to create a holiday spot where everyone feels at home and can unwind, whether you’re travelling with one, two, or even five children.
For families who might want to bring Grandma and Grandpa along on holiday and don’t want to stay in separate apartments. For couples planning a holiday with friends—in other words, for anyone who would like to have more than one room while on holiday...

Our holiday home is situated on a large, fenced-in lot with a garden and offers approximately 150 square metres of living space, laid out as follows:
Ground Floor:
- Large living/dining room with TV & Internet
- New kitchen with high-quality appliances
- Bathroom with shower and bathtub (floor heating)
- Bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot for a baby or toddler
- Spacious entryway/hallway
- Washing machine

Upper floor:
- Bedroom with a double bed and a cot
(plus TV starting in August)
- Bedroom with a double bed and a cot
(and TV starting in August)
- Bedroom with a single bed
(and TV starting in August - balcony access still under
renovation)
This brings the total to 4 bedrooms, suitable for, for example, 7 adults & 3 children

All bedrooms and living areas have been fitted with high-quality solid wood flooring.
The furnishings are high-quality and easy to maintain!
There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
The holiday home is a 12-minute walk (approx. 1.5 km) from the dike; the proximity to the water invites you to go on adventurous mudflat hikes or relaxing walks.
The tourist hotspot in Tossens is 3 km away, a distance that can be easily covered by bike, on foot along the dike, or quickly by car.
There, you’ll find a wide range of recreational activities for all ages, such as Centre Parcs with a water park, several bike rental shops, trampoline parks, restaurants, shopping, and much more.
