About this property

Maisonette with 3 - 4 bedrooms and max. 10 beds

Living, riding, holidaying in a listed former steam mill with bread bakery from 1855. It is a four-sided farm that has been successively renovated and now has been extended with the first 3 holiday flats. In the four-sided farm itself there is also a horse stable with 25 boxes and a small riding hall; in the immediate vicinity is the Hexenburg riding centre with more horses, a large riding hall and excellent riding terrain.

ATTENTION: The four-sided courtyard is not yet fully developed/finished, individual wings as well as the complete outdoor facilities are still under construction - THIS HAS BEEN CONSIDERED AND ADDED TO THE ROOM PRICES.
Please note that the holiday flats can only be booked subject to a seasonal minimum period.

For environmental reasons and in order to keep the overall costs low, the price shown includes only the accommodation costs: optional or on request can be booked in direct consultation with your host:
Bed linen and/or towels, 5€/set.
Final cleaning: 60€ per stay.
Dog: 15€/night. Breed must be communicated in advance, vaccination card must be sent, maximum 2 dogs.
(Fast) WLAN: 3€/day.
Washing machine/dryer: 5€ per machine/use.

Runder Geburtstag im Freundeskreis

Lange haben wir nach einer Unterkunft gesucht, in der 10 Erwachsene aus nah und fern gemeinsam Geburtstag feiern können - mit der Maisonette auf der Hexenburg haben wir einen Volltreffer gelandet. Rundum eine urgemütliche Wohnung mit unheimlich viel Flair, Platz für 10 Personen, auch wenn man sich mal für kurze Zeit zurück ziehen möchte. Und völlig genial die flexible Trennwand im 1.OG, mit der ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen in 2 kleine Schlafzimmer geteilt werden kann; wenn noch gequatscht und gelacht werden soll bleibt die Trennwand offen, und wenn dann alle müde werden und schlafen wollen, wird die Wand zugeschoben und alle haben ihre Ruhe. Von uns volle Punktzahl!

Gemütlichkeit pur

Über 2 Etagen - verbunden mit einer Wendeltreppe - und ausgestattet mit 2 Duschbädern wurde im ehemaligen Pferdestall eine Ferienwohnung für bis zu 10 Personen errichtet, die gemütlicher nicht sein kann: Wohnzimmer, Küche und Essen im großen Erdeschoß Gewölbezimmer mit Kaminofen und Naturstein auf Fußbodenheizung laden zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Essen, Spielen, Lachen ein, während die 3 Schlafzimmer im 1.OG mit tollen Schloßdielen die Rückzugsmöglichkeiten darstellen. Völlig genial die Dusche im EG; hier wurde die Natursteinwand beschichtet/ isoliert und ansonsten steinsichtig gelassen - tolles Erlebnis. Die umliegende Baustelle war überhaupt nicht störend - und macht neugierig auf die weiteren im Bau befindlichen Ferienwohnungen. Rundum ein tolles Konzept!

Ungewöhnliche und sehr gemütliche 5 Zi Wohnung in ehemaligem Pferdestall in einzigartigen Denkmal

Mit insgesamt 10 Personen hatten wir einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in der Maisonettewohnung über 2 Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern. Tagsüber zuerst wandern in der Sächsichen Schweiz und nachmittags Kinderbespaßung auf dem Rücken der Pferde mit qualifiziertem Reitunterricht; abends gemütlich gegrillt auf der eigenen Terrasse und den Abend dann mit einem Glas Rotwein vor dem Kaminofen ausklingen lassen. Morgens gemeinsam gefrühstückt am großen Holzeichenesstisch mit late check-out; vielen Dank an die freundlichen Gastgeber.

Uriger Pferhof mit ganz viel Charme

Die Hexenburg liegt etwas außerhalb des Trubels, mitten im Nichts. Das Anwesen wird mit ganz viel liebe zum Detail restauriert und modernisiert. Die Maisonettewohnung ist großartig gestaltet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer einmal die Seele baumeln lassen möchte und keine Befindlichkeiten gegenüber Pferden hat, ist hier richtig.
