Das Haus bietet alles, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine kleine Terrasse lädt zum Sitzen und Grillen ein. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es 2 Supermärkte, ein 3deka ist ca. 1km entfernt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 2km.

Das Objekt liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung am Ende einer Straße. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Natürlich gibt es die Geräusche, die in einer Wohnsiedlung üblich sind. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Innen wie aussen. Die Tür wird über ein Zahlencode geöffnet, somit hat man keinen Schlüssel den man verlieren kann. Der Code für die Tür wird einem vor Anreise per Mail zugesandt. Innen ist Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Herd mit Backofen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Spülmaschine. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein zweites Zimmer mit weitern 2 Betten, ein Bad mit Waschmaschine, eine Küche(wie beschrieben) und ein Wohnzimmer. Im Garten ist eine große Wiese.Es gibt Außenmöbel und eine großen Grill. Parken kann man auf dem Grundstück. Wir trafen bei Ankunft die Inhaber an, die sehr freundlich waren. Wenn diese nicht da sind gibt es einen Hausmeister. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist dort genau richtig. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 25 min mit dem Auto 5min. Alles in Allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

wir haben einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub in dieser schönen und mit allem ausgerichteten Unterkunft verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort Karlshagen war uns nicht fremd und ist für uns immer eine Reise wert. Die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Karlshagen war sehr schön. Den Strand dort fanden wir mit am besten. Sehr gut für Kinder geeignet da es lange flach bleibt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und in Ordnung. Die Inneneinrichtung ist vielleicht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht dem modernen von Heute. Da wir aber jeden Tag unterwegs waren störte es uns nicht. Es war alles vorhanden von Fön bis Teller und Töpfe. Das Grundstück war gepflegt und die Besitzer sehr nett. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten auf der Insel um jeden Tag etwas neues zu erleben und zu entdecken. Wir werden wieder nach Usedom fahren…
