Wet slip (no lift or power) available for boats! Flat fee of $100 per reservation. Waived for stays of 7 nights or more.

- Due to the coastal, subtropical environment and waterfront location, insects and wildlife may occasionally be present despite regular professional pest service. By booking, guests acknowledge this, assume the risk, and agree to exercise caution around the property and shoreline.
- The host is not responsible for injuries, bites, stings, or incidents related to wildlife, insects, or natural
- environmental conditions. Swimming and water activities are at the guests own risk.
Pets: Must Inform hosts and send a picture PRIOR to arrival. ONE pet under 40 lbs is allowed (including ESA). Pet must be leashed, not left unattended for more than 6 hours, and always kenneled when alone. Clean up after your pet and dispose waste properly. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a pet fee. Guests are responsible for all pet damages
