Please soak any used dishes in the sink. Cleaning supplies provided underneath the sink.
Make sure you have all of your belongings. Cell phone, etc. We are not responsible for any lost items.
Please turn thermostat to 75 degrees before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please stay in the designated guest area as this is our private residence. No roaming the property. Thank you for respecting this.
Please do NOT feed the horses anytime. Dogs must be on a leash while outside at all times.
We have a Great Pyrenees ranch dog that stays in his area with an invisible fence.
