Cozy vacation apartment for up to 6 people with south-facing balcony

Our holiday rental, which underwent a high-quality renovation in the spring of 2021, is certified as a five-star property by the DTV. It can accommodate up to 6 people and features one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds. The high-quality sofa in the living area can be converted into a double bed with a cold-foam topper in just three simple steps. The cosy bedroom with a double bed is equipped with a TV and an extra-wide built-in safe (suitable for laptops). The lovingly designed second bedroom is suitable for both adults and children and features a small seating area with a small table in the sunny bay window. The walls behind the beds are panelled with wood. Locally produced hardwood flooring has been installed in all living and bedroom areas of the apartment. The new kitchen with a cooking island features a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, illuminated range hood, microwave, large refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment (3 drawers), toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine, as well as a separate milk frother for hot and cold milk foam. A stand mixer and an immersion blender with a whisk attachment round out the full set of appliances. The dining table comfortably seats at least 6 people. In addition to enjoying a convivial meal, the seating area is also perfect for fun game nights. A high chair is available, as is a set of toddler tableware including plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. In the living area, a high-quality sofa provides plenty of space. For entertainment, you’ll find a TV, DVD player, and a modern micro-stereo system with the option to play music via Bluetooth and USB. The apartment features a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet, as well as a separate toilet. For our younger guests, there is a step stool, a potty, and a toilet seat reducer. The spacious south-facing balcony, measuring just under 17 m², is furnished with a poly rattan seating set, a wooden bench that converts into a daybed, 2 sun loungers, and 2 umbrellas. In the entryway, you’ll find a beautifully designed coat rack, a large mirror, and two shoe cabinets, as well as a fold-out seat for your convenience that makes putting on your shoes easier. In our holiday village, you can pay on site in cash or by EC card. You are also welcome to transfer the travel price in advance. The security deposit and any additional costs will be collected in cash during your stay. The guest may withdraw from the travel contract at any time before the start of the trip. The cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Parl Rental Service. If the traveller cancels the travel contract before the trip begins or fails to embark on the trip, Parl Rental Service may demand reasonable compensation, provided the cancellation is not attributable to Parl Rental Service or exceptional circumstances arise at the destination or in its immediate vicinity that significantly impair the trip’s execution. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation price will be charged. For later cancellations, 100% of the accommodation price is due. The deposit is 20% of the accommodation price. Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: The tourist tax levied by the municipality of Viechtach is payable at the holiday village. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night.
