Full kitchen and bathroom. Pull-out queen size sofa bed. 1 queen bed in the bedroom. Fits 4 people. Safe, quiet and relaxing family friendly neighborhood.

The space
There is one flight of stairs to get to the suite. The pathway has a motion sensor at night time.

Brand new Queen Sofa bed and Brand new Queen Foam Mattress for June 2026.

Heating is radiant in-floor gas heating - heat will come off the laminate floors to keep you warm and toasty. Temperature control in the suite. Concrete between the floor and the ceiling for extra sound proofing.
Some air vents for fresh air if needed -just open the air vents or windows :)

Full Kitchen - cups, glasses, pots/pans, utensils
Olive oil, etc, some spices, toaster, hot water boiler.

Water is potable and safe to drink from the tap.

Ninja Coffee maker - ground and bean coffee/teas.

Large shower has rain shower head and removal shower nozzle for kids. Bathtub in the unit.

Fan in closet for hot days. Unit is generally cooler in temperature. Unit has its own temperature control panel for heating.

Closet has ironing board/iron.

8 minute walk to Canada Way/Burris to take the bus to Metrotown (15 min bus ride) - from Metrotown skytrain direct to Stadium skytrain (FIFA) - 20 minute. Walk over to BC stadium is 5 minute.

10 minute walk to deer lake park/deer lake and the trails around deer lake. Near Shadbolt arts centre and Burnaby Historic Village Museum. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood.

The unit does not have a dishwasher.
