The 2 Bedroom Deluxe is designed for travelers who want enough room to comfortably gather together after active days outdoors. The layout typically includes two private bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a spacious living area with additional sleeping space, full kitchen, dining area, fireplace, washer and dryer, and a balcony or patio that adds to the mountain-lodge feel. The extra space works especially well for families, couples traveling together, or groups looking for a more relaxed and home-like stay.

The resort atmosphere fits naturally into the Colorado setting with heated outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness areas, and cozy gathering spaces. After skiing, hiking, or exploring town, the property feels like a comfortable place to recharge and slow down.

Steamboat Springs is known for outdoor adventure all year long. Winter brings skiing and snowboarding at nearby Steamboat Ski Resort, while warmer months offer hiking, mountain biking, rafting, horseback riding, fishing, and scenic alpine trails. Downtown Steamboat adds local restaurants, breweries, shops, and the area’s famous hot springs to the experience.

- The resort is at a high elevation of 6995 ft.
- Due to routine cleaning of the hot tubs in penthouse and presidential suites, owners may experience a delay in hot water on the day of check-in.
- Parking is limited, and the resort is not always able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. And is equipped with limited electric vehicle charging stations.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. The outdoor pools are seasonal, closed fall through late spring annually, weather permitting. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
