Our new, modern holiday rental, with 93 square metres of living space, accommodates 1–4 people and is located on the lower level of our hillside house, with a separate entrance. It’s just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. Parking, as well as storage for motorcycles and bicycles, is available. Boat and bicycle rentals, golf, restaurants, and all major shopping options are nearby and can be easily reached in just a few minutes. The Kratzmühlsee Recreation and Leisure Centre is approximately 5 km away. The apartment features a large living-dining room with an open-concept kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a terrace, and a spacious bathroom. The entryway includes a coat rack with a mirror and a bench. The cosy living room, complete with seating and a TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you could need. Ample dishes, silverware, and pots are provided. The holiday rental has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed consisting of two separate mattresses, each measuring 80x200. The second bedroom features a single bed (sleeping area 100x200) and a sofa bed (90x200). The spacious bathroom, complete with a shower, bathtub, hair dryer, and toilet, rounds out the overall experience. Especially in the summer, you can spend relaxing evenings on the terrace, which is furnished with a table, 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked in our garage. There is also an electric vehicle charging station there, which we can bill separately. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge.
