This holiday rental was newly built in 2022 and features modern furnishings. It is located on a quiet side street with little traffic. On the cosy rooftop terrace, you can relax in a peaceful atmosphere. Below the rooftop terrace is another terrace where you can store bicycles, sports equipment, and other items. <br>There are two parking spaces on the property, and it’s also possible to park a vehicle up to 8 metres long. <br>An electric car can be charged using an 11 kW wallbox located 180 metres away. This wallbox is on the landlord’s private property.<br>The holiday rental features one bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. There is also a sofa bed measuring 125x196 cm. This can accommodate two children, a teenager, and/or an adult. <br>The bathroom is equipped with a spa shower. It features various massage functions, as well as lighting, Bluetooth, and a radio. <br>There is also access to a washing machine. <br>The cosy living area, which consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven, as well as a coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, and Tassimo machine, features a dining area for four people. <br>The leather sofa is equipped with an electric reclining function, allowing you to, for example, wind down comfortably while watching TV at the end of the day.<br>The following are located in the immediate vicinity:<br>- 250 m to public transport (bus)<br>- 3 km to the train station<br>- 450 m to the butcher<br>- 500 m to the bakery, which is also open on Sunday mornings<br>- 2.5 km to Spaden Lake—operated by www.Blue-Bay.de —where you can play adventure golf, wakeboard, water ski, and more. <br>A swimming beach invites you to linger here, as does a spacious and cosy separate dog beach.<br>Bed linens and towels can be booked as an optional extra. Bed linens are available for €10 per person, and two towels (one large and one small) are available for €3 per person. On the day of departure, please remove the bed linens and leave them in the bedroom.
