our comfortable holiday home, ideally located in the upper section of the holiday park (with a south-facing terrace shielded from view!), offers everything you could wish for a successful, relaxing holiday.

The modern living and dining area creates a harmonious atmosphere with its light colours. A pellet stove ensures a pleasant indoor climate in winter, and safety is provided by grounded outlets, smoke detectors, and a first-aid kit.

The cosy living room—with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster) – features comfortable upholstered furniture (sleep sofa, two armchairs). For your entertainment, an LCD TV and a stereo system (USB, CD, cassette, radio) are available. We’ve also put together a diverse “media library” for you, featuring films, music CDs, books, and games. You can also access the internet via Wi-Fi. The custom-built sleeping loft offers additional sleeping space with its two spring mattresses.

The stylishly furnished bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a modern and extremely spacious wardrobe, and an LCD TV.

Our bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, is functional and child-friendly (with a step stool and toilet seat riser). Just like at home, a hair dryer, a steam iron with ironing board, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner are at your disposal.

On our secluded south-facing terrace with a natural rock garden, you can enjoy the sunshine all day long while relaxing on our sturdy patio furniture.

In our park-like holiday resort, situated on the edge of the forest, you’ll find child-friendly and comfortably furnished holiday homes and apartments for up to 8 people. With many attractive recreational activities in the park and the surrounding area, Falkenstein Holiday Park is a perfect holiday destination for families. In the car-free resort, our younger guests can play to their heart’s content on the forest playground or at the table tennis tables. When the weather is bad, the children’s club offers games and film screenings to keep them entertained.

Spend cosy evenings with friends and family at the barbecue area, for example. Our friendly team at the front desk will also be happy to arrange a babysitting service if needed. At the centrally located reception desk, our staff will gladly provide leisure tips, take bread roll orders, or help arrange wellness treatments.

The heated Falkenstein outdoor pool is located right next to the holiday park; our guests enjoy free admission here during their stay. You can also visit the Churpfalzpark Loifling as often as you’d like during your holiday with a one-time payment for a day pass.

From your holiday rental, you can reach the town of Falkenstein in just a few minutes, where you’ll find plenty of shopping options and traditional Bavarian cuisine.
