Our house is located in the idyllic village of Großsteinberg am See. There are 7 lakes in the surrounding area, 3 of which are equipped for swimming. Unfortunately, our local lake cannot be used for swimming because it is completely enclosed and not open to the public. However, the Moritzsee and Grillensee are all the more beautiful as swimming lakes. You can reach these lakes within 7 minutes from our accommodation. From our holiday rental, you can enjoy very scenic hiking trails through the Muldental valley. For cyclists, the Muldental Valley is a paradise! Nearly 150 km of bike paths around the Muldental Valley are a major tourist highlight. You’re also welcome to use our on-site bike rental service. We also provide a lockable storage area for your bikes right at the holiday rental. Thanks to direct public transport via a bus line that starts almost right outside our door, you’ll have great flexibility getting around in all directions. We’re 3 kilometres from the nearest highway exit. For our younger guests, we provide a travel cot for babies or children upon request.We provide a generous selection of brochures about the surrounding area at our property. The lakeside holiday rental in Großsteinberg offers water sports, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. The property is located 18 km from Leipzig. You’ll enjoy free Wi-Fi and private parking at the property.The air-conditioned apartment features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, mini-oven, and electric kettle, as well as 1 bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. Bed linens are provided; towels are available upon request.After a day of hiking, windsurfing, or biking, you can relax in the communal lounge. Leipzig is 18 km from the apartment, and Altenburg is 44 km away; there is also easy access to the A14 Dresden–Magdeburg and A72 towards Chemnitz. The nearest airport is Leipzig/Halle Airport, located 40 km from the lakeside holiday rental.
