Welcome to our Lecanto Sunnsyside Retreat! Located between Homossassa and Crystal River on Florida’s Nature Coast.

Discover the beauty of the springs and state parks from this 3-bedroom manufactured home.

Guests will find a wonderful mix of comfort and space, featuring a living room, family room, dining table for 6, washer and dryer, grill, airfryer, microwave, and gas stove. Kitchen stocked with all essential supplies including coffee maker, tea kettle, and blender.

The bedrooms include a 2 twin trundle bed, queen, and king bed, and sleeper sofa. All bedding, towels, and pillows provided.

With a 1/4 acre fenced in yard, it is perfect for families or groups, children and small pets welcome! With two full bathrooms, including shower and bath, getting ready is easy and convenient.

This tranquil retreat offers a nice balance of privacy and togetherness. We offer accessibility features including a ramp, bath stool, grab bars, removable shower heads, 34” entry door, and first floor access to everything.

Free parking and car port.

We are the Rounds, Nancy and Don and we absolutely love adventures! Travel is our favorite hobby and we especially love beach vacations! We live in a cottage on Lake Erie and love the summers here, but winter is our time to visit new places! We love making new friends and look forward to hosting you in our Sunnyside Retreat!

Why they chose this property

Spacious well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home in the quiet community of Cinnamon Ridge, centrally located to plentiful shopping and amenities. The home features an open kitchen area, with wood cabinets, gas cooktop, airfryer, and microwave. Kitchen opens into a living room containing a double sided, wood burning fireplace between the family and living room; the family room is combined with a formal dining area. The primary bedroom suite has a walk in closet, garden tub and stall shower. The other side of the home has two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a twin trundle bed with walk-in closets and a second full bath. An in house laundry area contains additional storage, washer and dryer. Outside is a fully fenced yard, covered carport, patio with outdoor dining and seating, gas grill, and ramp for accessible access. In addition, the Suncoast Parkway is only minutes away, gaining quick access to locations south.
