Stylish and comfortable—that’s what you’ll experience in our holiday apartment at the “Residenz am Rosengarten”! Light colours, beautiful natural light, and cosy furnishings make every holiday a pleasure.

With 56 m² of living space spread over two floors (ground floor + attic), you’ll have plenty of room! Two separate bedrooms offer flexible layout options, the spacious living room invites you to unwind, and the modern kitchen makes cooking a breeze. This guarantees 100% relaxation during your holiday on Wangerooge!

The technical amenities include, among other things, two modern TVs, a hi-fi system, and free Wi-Fi.

Of course, we’ve also thought of cooking enthusiasts and fully equipped the kitchen. With a 3-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, various small appliances, and a Nespresso machine (capsules), you can easily whip up delicious meals. A dishwasher takes care of the cleanup.

When the sun sets on Wangerooge, two cosy, separate bedrooms await you. One of the rooms features a double bed (200 x 200 cm), while the other has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). Thanks to the large windows and the beautiful view of the countryside, you’ll start your new holiday day feeling relaxed as soon as you wake up! Two desks by the window provide our younger guests with space to draw or write postcards. Please note that no additional travel cot can be placed in the “master bedroom.”

The modern bathroom, featuring a stylish, walk-in shower, also ensures a high level of comfort.

The floors in the living room and bedroom are covered with easy-to-maintain wood-look vinyl.

The rose garden and the village park surround the historic building. Both public gardens are wonderful places to take a stroll.

Our holiday rental is also ideal for people with allergies. Please understand that, for this reason, pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking apartment.

General Information: A hair dryer in the bathroom is provided as part of the standard furnishings. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building/basement for a small fee (for shared use). A separate parking space is available for bicycles. You can access the apartment through the building entrance at Charlottenstr. 23a.

The “Residenz am Rosengarten” is located in a quiet yet central area. Both the beautiful beach and Wangerooge’s main shopping street are just a few minutes’ walk away. Taking a leisurely stroll here or simply unwinding in one of the cafés with a view of the sea is pure relaxation. The island’s supermarkets are right across from the residence, so you can run errands just 30 metres away!
