Cozy basement apartment. Nice amenities. Very pet friendly. Amazing view and located right on the lake. Loved the nearby park, ice cream spot and restaurants.

Found it more spacious than it looked in pics, although low ceilings are probably part of that. On street parking was always available right in front of the house. Good shower, lighting, darkening for sleep options. We had nice weather days, and it was nice to watch the many skulling boats in training on lake Q.

This was a lovely little basement apartment with a mini yard right at the lake. Not having lake access to go fishing is kind of a bummer and the grass could have been mowed for the nightly cost. Also the bed is quite rickety, I think it's the frame and headboard, the mattress is fine. Other than that we had a great stay and would book this place again if in the area.

Thanks for your feedback, Brianna. The lawn was mowed 4 days prior to your arrival. I work 24 hr shifts as an EMT. In the two days prior to your arrival, I worked a 36. I manage the property by myself. I mowed the lawn as soon as I got a few hours of sleep and the grass was dry. I made you aware of the situation. The headboard, bed frame and mattress are also brand new. This the first time this has been mentioned. I appreciate you for bringing it to my attention. Very sorry for the inconveniences.
