Location: The house is located on the outskirts of Glowe, already within the forest and beach area of the Schaabe region. The Baltic Sea beach is less than 100 metres away. It can be reached by crossing the L30.
Property: This is a 2,100-square-meter wooded lot, of which approximately 1,300 square metres are usable. There are small meadow areas on the property.
House: It accommodates up to 4 people and has a floor area of approximately 65 square metres. It was reconstructed and renovated in 2020. On the lower level, you’ll find a modern built-in kitchen and an entryway with a dining area. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a fold-out sofa bed, and a bedroom with a 140-meter double bed suitable for seniors. The bathroom has a washing machine. The house’s heating boiler is also located here. There is a mobile Wi-Fi network with unlimited data. TV and film streaming are available via Amazon Prime.
In front of the house, you’ll find a patio with a dining table.
The upper level consists of a large room with a sofa bed and a desk. A small bathroom with a toilet and sink is also located on the upper level.
Conditions: We ask that you clean the house yourself.
The cleaning fee serves as a security deposit, which will be refunded—minus any operating costs—provided the house is left clean and undamaged.
