The Neighborhood was a little sketchy but looks can be deceiving because we had NO ISSUES at all. We felt safe and the property was clean and looked just like the pictures. I would love to stay again when I take my next trip to Miami.

House is literally across the street from young gang members that was outside all night, things were broken in the home already and host tried to blame me as a guest, she doesn’t leave any extra cleaning supplies to be able to clean up after yourself. Just terrible! Wouldn’t recommend!

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. However, we strongly disagree with the description of what occurred. The reservation was made for the booked number of guests, but additional guests were brought to the property without authorization. During the stay, marijuana was smoked inside the property despite our clearly stated no-smoking policy. Additional visitors also gathered at the property, drinking, dancing, and interacting with people in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, there was also significant damage during the stay, including a broken toilet seat/cover, damage to the shower, and vomit on the bed. When we addressed the damage with the guest, she acknowledged that some of it had occurred and stated that it was not intentional, suggesting that we use the insurance to cover it. We take responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe property and provide the necessary supplies for guests to care for the home during their stay. We also have clear house rules regarding smoking, additional guests, and respectful use of the property. We welcome respectful guests and understand that not every stay is the right fit for everyone. We simply want future guests reading this review to have the full context of what occurred.
